What are some signs that water is getting into my basement?

There is the obvious of you seeing water pooling on your basement floor, but not all are so obvious. Some more subtle signs include cracks in the wall, rust on metal appliances, warped wood, musty odors, and mold or mildew growth.


Will my basement become completely waterproof?

No, there is no such thing as completely waterproofing a basement. Waterproofing a basement is a process of putting measures in place to prevent water from reaching your basement and having the ability to remove water quickly if it does get in.


How much does basement waterproofing cost?

The cost of waterproofing your basement will depend on several factors including the size of the basement, the extent of any drainage issues, the extent of any foundation damage, and the methods to be used to waterproof your basement.


Can you repair bowing basement walls?

What is a French drain?

A French drain is a trench that is filled with rocks, gravel, or both, and with or without a perforated pipe that redirects surface and groundwater away from the foundation of your home.


Can you waterproof a basement in the winter?

Yes, we can perform some basement waterproofing methods but not all. Some methods are better suited for warmer weather like in the spring and summer. Things like basement crack injections can be done in the winter, but not much else.
